My husband and I were able to get away for a night and had the most wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for some quiet time. We had the most wonderful breakfast in a sun drenched dining room while getting to know the friendly new owners. Highly recommend while visiting Heber and the surround area. Will definitely be back!
We liked staying here more than our honeymoon at the grand America hotel in SLC. You step into another time period with both decor and hospitality. We stayed in the grand spa room which is gorgeous. The owner recommended the Sundance room which has its own balcony. They even printed 100+ pages on their printer for us which was extremely kind.
Normally I’m more of a “upscale hotel with all the amenities” kinda gal, so even I was surprised that I booked an impromptu solo retreat to the Senator Bed & Breakfast. Wow! Chris & Mike exceeded my expectations. The rooms are charming. The atmosphere is delightful. The location is so easy to find, and easy walking distance to downtown Heber. The whole experience felt very welcoming and peaceful—exactly what I wanted for a quick getaway. 10 out of 5 stars, definitely recommend, definitely plan to come back. PS—breakfast is just as good as the reviews say it is :)
Absolutely wonderful experience staying here! Incredibly charming 125 year old home turned Bed & Breakfast. Each room has so much personality and character. The owner was kind and checked in frequently to ensure we had a nice stay. I can’t recommend it enough!
If I could give 10 stars I would. This was such a fun and unique stay. Chris (the owner) was very hospitable and made you feel like you were a guest in his own home! He took time to make sure we had everything we needed and even made us a delicious breakfast! The room was also very cozy and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!!
We had a great stay here. The building and our room had so much charm. It was very clean, thoughtful use of all the spaces. The breakfast was really good and I appreciate that they have a fridge available for guests in the shared kitchen area. We are excited to stay here again.
Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Heber Senator. It has been quiet and peaceful, everyone is friendly, the rooms are clean and beautiful as well as thoughtfully decorated. AC and heater provided, great water pressure. And the free made-to-order breakfast was amazing- so delicious. You can pick from an omelette or a breakfast sandwich and then we split a crepe as well, you can also get juices. Location is great too! Heber is such a cute city and it’s so close to everything. Has beautiful parks less than 15 minutes away as well as hot springs and the scenic train ride. Will absolutely be back in the future.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this B&B. Chris was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of great local tips that helped me make the most of my visit. The property has a really cool and unique decor, and the overall vibe is warm, relaxed, and inviting. It feels like one of those places where you immediately feel at home. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. The crepe was absolutely spectacular and easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had while traveling. Thank you, Chris, for such a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
